This sign up is for planning and organizing ODTCW Club Night volunteer callers, keeping all volunteers in rotation, so the same person(s) are not repeatedly burdened. Also planning for backups in advance as needed Club Night Calling is every club night (Thursdays) from 7 pm up to 8 pm, calling commands for practice, no teaching is expected or intended. **VOLUNTEER CALLERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY** Sign ups are allowed any time in advance and locked for changes 2 days prior to the date. Sign up Genius will send a confirmation and a reminder will go out 2 days in advance. *** If you must cancel a signed up slot less than 2 days prior, please arrange a backup or notify Frank otherwise *** It is not intended that the volunteer callers have any required credentials or experience, just the ability to call Novice type commands/exercises for the group. If more advanced type calling is requested for some individual exercises, it is expected that others will help and coach each other, with goals being: a) not chronically burden the more experienced competitors, b) for less experienced competitors to learn, and c) for everyone to feel comfortable training together. Anyone unable to use Sign up Genius but willing to volunteer, feel free to contact Frank, Dawn, or Beth via email who can assist to enter you into your committed slots. Cancellation Policy

Everyone must sign in. Return all equipment to its original place, turn-down heat, and lock door when last person leaves. Signup and payment online is required. Sign ups are allowed any time in advance, there will be no reminders. There are 20 slots available per date, please take attention to # of slots chosen when signing up. The cost is $5.00 per individual member, which must be paid through the signup plus a processing fee of $.75 per signup. The bank's processing fee is non-refundable. Any allowable refund will not include a refund of that fee. Each individual member / family member in attendance must sign up, pay, and sign in.
