Ring Rental

Service Description

Rental is for Members only and their accompanied guests. All rentals are subject to the club rules outlined below. Rentals are $22 per hour for up 3 people; $6 per hour for each additional person. Rental includes use of obedience and agility equipment. Eligible refunds will not include the bank processing fees which are $2 and $1 respectively. Renters may not enter the facility before their prescribed rental time. Renters must return all used equipment, moved ring gates and chairs to their proper locations. Before leaving renters must turn off the AC or reduce heater thermostat to 58° and shut off the lights. Renters must exit the building at or before their rental time expires. Facility rentals by organizations for trials, seminars and meetings must contact the Board for approval and pricing. No individual may rent the facility to conduct group classes unless sanctioned by the ODTCW Board. Holding private classes at our facility is a misuse of the club membership benefit. Private individual lessons are allowed provided that both the instructor and student are club members. Holding private lessons at our facility for nonmembers is a misuse of the club membership benefit. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 2 DAYS BEFORE SCHEDULED RENTAL THROUGH THE SIGNUP. EACH INDIVIDUAL USING THE FACILITY DURING A RENTAL MUST SIGN IN! THE SIGN IN BINDER IS ON THE DESK NEXT TO THE OFFICE
